Dogecoin’s market cap is not a pool

After reading this, you should be able to separate the missing pool on the native row from the pool that belongs to the peg.

A blank is not a zero

Liquidity in this file is reported DEX pool depth. The native Dogecoin row leaves it empty. Empty means the file did not attach a pool, not that depth is zero and not that a sale on a centralised venue would fail. Market cap remains a large number beside that blank. The two columns are answering different questions.

The peg’s row does have pool depth, on BNB Chain, in a pair that is not the Dogecoin network. Using that number as ‘Dogecoin liquidity’ imports another asset’s order book. A reader who needs the native coin’s trading conditions has to leave this file and look at venues that actually settle DOGE.

What would count as evidence

A useful liquidity note would name the venue, the pair, the time, and the size at which price impact was measured. This file provides none of those for native DOGE. Until it does, the honest sentence is the gap, not a borrowed percentage.
